[bot:gitfix] docs: strengthen archive banner to disclaim historical step numbers

Third-pass audit of README-SECTIONS/, tests/, and docs/ confirms everything
else is already on current canon. The only residual drift was in the
historical planning doc at docs/archive/README-UPDATES-2026-04.md: its banner
flagged the Granola note as superseded but left the pre-mogging step numbering
(Step 6 Productivity / Step 7 Obsidian / Step 8 Telegram) unaddressed, which
could still mislead skimmers.

Banner now enumerates the current canon (1 CLI, 2 Bonus, 3 Dev, 4 FidgetFlo,
5 Productivity, 6 Telegram, 7 GitHub+/gitfix, 8 Safety Check, Final Status
Line) and clarifies that Obsidian MCP now lives in 2ndBrain-mogging and
Granola installs under current Step 5 option 2.

No changes required in README-SECTIONS/cheat-sheet.md, step-ordering.md,
mcp-setup.md, tests/install-flow-walkthrough.md, or tests/g2-fullscreen-fix.md
— all five were already correct after the two prior swarm passes.
