Bug: [UX UI] Pull confirmation dialog can be shrunk too small vertically

Steps

1. Open a repo
2. Select a branch
3. Click "Pull" button on top ribbon
4. Resize "Pull" confirmation dialog

Expected

Window cannot shrink beyond content size

Actual

Window can be shrunk down to 1 px
