Rocky repo woes again, failing and cannot silence

Hello, bit of a weird one, plagued with patchman seemingly unable to connect to working mirrors. Cannot silence the "issues", if I disable a specific mirror its flagged as disabled. If I dont it gets flagged as failing.

As an example, mirror list for EPEL10 thats showing as failing

Wouldn't know if there's any other parsing logic to be applied but I think at a minimum, I'd like to completely silence a non-working mirror and not have patchman complain? In all cases of non-working repos they are directly accessible from my browser and the client machines in question.

You could delete a failing mirror, but it may come back if it's on the hosts.

Is there error output for the failure from patchman -r?
