Bug: Nebula Plugin v17: FCast casting broken (regression)

Reproduction steps

1. Update Nebula Plugin to v17 (from v16 or v14)
2. Log in to Nebula
3. Connect to FCast receiver
4. Play any Nebula video

Actual result

• Cast does not start
• TV screen stays in "connected, ready to cast" state
• Phone shows black screen in the video section (normal behaviour before buffering on v16/v14 for my device, but buffering / casting never starts)

Expected result

Video plays on FCast receiver (works correctly with Plugin v14 and v16).

Additional information

• YouTube via FCast: works fine
• Nebula local playback (no casting): works fine
• "Always proxy requests" enabled: no difference
• Nebula Plugin v14: casting works
• Nebula Plugin v16: casting works
• Nebula Plugin v17: casting broken
