Support for Commonly used Question types 'Text' and 'Number'

One of the Commonly used question types are questions with displayType 'Text' and 'Number'. These are the open-ended question in a single line.

Text: Single-line alphanumeric textbox. And the response is sent in 'textInput'.

Number: Single-Line numeric textbox. And the response is sent in 'numberInput'

It would be great if SDK supports these question types.
