Note

The pull request "chore(cursor): Add rules for fetching develop docs" was created by @s1gr1d but did not reference an issue. Therefore this issue was created for better visibility in external tools like Linear.

Adds some rules (not enabled by default) for fetching the develop docs (in markdown format) in case they are needed.

I added the develop docs that contain mostly prose text and are not too focused on the technical details (as this info can be retrieved from the code itself).
