Copilot cli sluggish and hanging

Describe the bug

Pasted a build log into copilot cli and it became sluggish. Window hangs but is not "not responding". Repeated "Range Error: maximum call stack size" type errors. Impossible to continue with session

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.22-0

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Produce diagnostic verbosity build log
2. Paste it into copilot cli
3. Hit enter

Expected behavior

To process the prompt and start doing things
