Pass `--resource-dir` also to `--type deb`

Without resource dir (and with --icon)

[15:14:01.518] Using default package resource JavaApp.png [icon] (add JabRef.png to the resource-dir to customize).

I think, the --resource-dir should be passed by this plugin automacially - and not manually? There is the config option jpackageResources

It might be that wix is causing issues then - see JabRef/jabref#15188 (comment) - but I think, we need to accept hat - and fix the wix issue in a follow-up

Update No issues - fixed at JabRef/jabref#14969.
