How hard would it be to make a c2_cloud setup module?

It's been there since V5 of the Firmware.
Add support for Cloud C2 connectivity
C2 Docs.

    From the device listing tab, click the (+) Add Device button
    Name the device and select the device type (e.g. WiFi Pineapple, LAN Turtle, Paket Squirrel)
    Click the on the name of the newly added device from the device listing tab
    From the devices tab, click the setup button to download the device.config provisioning file
    Copy the device.config provisioning file to the device's /etc/ directory

Cloud C2 connectivity is already built into the LAN Turtle firmware (v5+). You don't need a separate module — it's in the base system.

Setup Steps:

1. Get a device.config from Cloud C2:

• Log into your Cloud C2 instance
• Click + Add Device → select LAN Turtle
• Download the device.config provisioning file

2. Copy to the LAN Turtle:
From your local machine (not from SSH into the Turtle):

scp device.config root@172.16.84.1:/etc/

Default password: sh3llz

3. Enable C2 on the Turtle:

ssh root@172.16.84.1
# The C2 client should auto-detect the config file
# Restart if needed:
/etc/init.d/c2-client restart

4. Verify connection:
Check C2 dashboard — the device should appear online.

If you want a menu-based module:

The Turtle's dialog-based module system could have a C2 setup module, but since C2 is already a first-class feature in the firmware, a module would be redundant. The firmware handles:

• Reading /etc/device.config
• Establishing the reverse tunnel to your C2 server
• Maintaining persistent connection
• Auto-reconnection on network changes

Troubleshooting:

• Make sure the Turtle has internet access (DNS resolution + HTTPS outbound)
• Check logs: logread | grep c2
• Verify config: cat /etc/device.config — should contain your C2 server URL and device token
