Describe the Bug

When playing Eggmanland, especially the first day section after the trick panel, there's a significant framerate drop, sometimes it even reaches under 40 fps. It never happened before. But after updating to windows 11 25H2, It started to happen.

Steps to Reproduce

Play Eggmanland's first day section after trick pannel.
Framerate drop (Sometimes below 30, but mostly below 40)

Expected Behavior

Slow down just a bit, but then revert back to 60 fps or at least beyond 50

this could be due to memory leak issues with windows 11 25H2.
a lot of people have been reporting problems with this version, not just small little bugs, so can you see if your unleashed's ram usage is way higher than usual when running the game during this section?
Also, does this happen in just eggmanland or other stages? (like Jungle joyride day act 1)

Other stages work fine. The issue is only with Eggmanland
