Improve quickstart documentation

Problem

The quickstart at https://hyperframes.heygen.com/quickstart says to do npx skills add heygen-com/hyperframes but this prompts for a list of skills to install. Which ones are required vs which ones are optional?

Then it says that in Cloud Code, there's a subcommand /hyperframes registered. This is not the case. There are multiple hyperframes-related commands but it's not clear which one to invoke to start.

I did a bit of digging into this and wanted to share what I found, in case it helps.

From what I can tell, the quickstart predates the skills refactor that landed earlier today in #1349 (211e0adb), and that seems to be the root of both points. Before #1349, skills/ had standalone skills named exactly like the quickstart's slash commands — hyperframes, gsap, lottie, three, waapi, animejs, css-animations, tailwind, typegpu. It looks like #1349 restructured that directory: the hyperframes skill was split into a router + domain skills (hyperframes-read-first, hyperframes-core, hyperframes-creative, hyperframes-animation), the per-runtime adapters were folded into hyperframes-animation, and a workflow suite was added (product-launch-video, faceless-explainer, website-to-video, embedded-captions, graphic-overlays, motion-graphics, pr-to-video, general-video).

So after npx skills add heygen-com/hyperframes there doesn't seem to be a /hyperframes command anymore (nor /gsap, /lottie, …), which would explain point 2 — the new entry point looks like it's /hyperframes-read-first, the router that maps "make me a video" to a concrete workflow. The quickstart (last edited May 19) still describes the pre-#1349 surface.

One small thing I noticed: AGENTS.md already seems to be updated to the new model and reads as the happy path (install, then start from /hyperframes-read-first) — so it might just be a matter of reconciling the public docs (quickstart.mdx plus the guides that repeat the slash-command list) with it. I also noticed npx hyperframes init (Option 2) still bundles a /hyperframes skill from the CLI, so the two install paths in the quickstart currently seem to register different skill sets, which might be worth a note too.

I could be missing context here, so apologies if any of this is off. Hope it helps either way — and if it's useful, I'd be happy to take a pass at reconciling the quickstart with AGENTS.md (single /hyperframes-read-first entry + a clear required-vs-optional note for the multiselect). Just let me know.
