Goal

File 10 sub-issues for Tier 2 bindings (estate near-term, useful across multiple repos within months).

4. Raw WebSocket (extend stdlib/Network.affine)
5. SQLite coverage (extend stdlib/Sqlite.affine)
6. Crypto rewire to hpm-crypto-rsr
7. Tauri 2.0
8. Dioxus
9. Zig FFI canonical patterns doc
10. Grammy coverage audit

Acceptance

• 10 sub-issues filed; tier-2 label
• Each on project board Add Node-target backend + vscode-API bindings to enable .affine VS Code extensions #35
• Tier 2 starts when Tier 1 kickoff (WASM-exports) lands
