File 10 sub-issues for Tier 5 bindings (tooling / interop).

1. Idris2 ABIs (canonical pattern doc + per-package bindings)
2. Rust FFI (canonical pattern)
3. OCaml interop
4. Just integration
5. Vite plugin pattern (affinescript-vite already partial)
6. esbuild / Rollup plugin
7. Playwright
8. Testing coverage (affinescript-deno-test extension)
9. VSCode coverage (extension API surface beyond current bindings)
10. Generic LSP (language-agnostic LSP client/server)

Acceptance

• 10 sub-issues filed; tier-5 label
• Each on project board Add Node-target backend + vscode-API bindings to enable .affine VS Code extensions #35
