Interclip v5.0 Endgame

Everything that needs to be done before the release of v5.0 should be tracked via this issue.

• change path of new clips from /new/code to /clip/code.
• do QA and user testing
• document the new API in https://github.com/interclip/docs
  • Also update dependency license disclaimers
• deploy to Vercel via a team plan (need to contact Vercel for sponsorship) - Vercel deployment #13
• the old database is migrated to Planetscale
• all other Interclip tools are leveraging the new API (https://github.com/interclip/mobile, https://github.com/interclip/desktop, https://github.com/interclip/cli)
