When IPM is mapped to another namespaces, `info` is broken and the starting message doesn't say the version

To recreate, start with a fresh IPM docker container and run enable -map -globally

The info command will fail with ERROR! ObjectScript error: <UNDEFINED>DisplayModules+50^%IPM.Main.1 *pList

This is what the opening message looks like
