ASN confidence and prefix confidence are separate.
ASN confidence reflects profile source agreement, curation, and field completeness. Unknown type does not automatically mean low confidence for identity fields.
Prefix confidence reflects observation count, collector diversity, MOAS ambiguity, and private/reserved ASN state.
Confidence is not risk, badness, or trustworthiness.
