routing/http/server now caps IPNS Cache-Control max-age to the record's remaining validity and returns no-store for expired or non-EOL records, so /routing/v1/ipns responses stop advertising freshness past a record's EOL. Also pulls in the OTLP exporter 4 MiB response cap (CVE-2026-39882) through boxo/tracing.
