resetFocusOnActiveElement isn't applied if a shortcut is obtained from app property

Steps To Reproduce

1. Define jmix.ui.view.save-shortcut=CONTROL-ENTER
2. Edit an entity and save by shortcut

Current Behavior

Value isn't applied
