Update: The issue occurs when I connect via Wi-Fi. When I switched to an Ethernet connection, the issue disappeared.

these are not broken packages but simply interrupted messages due to the SYN generated which jumps in when transfer takes too long.
obviously there is a latency of 100ms and more in your network, so you need to check your router and WIFI channel I guess
