code 0.6.16
Which model were you using?
gpt-5.2-codex
What platform is your computer?
Darwin 25.2.0 arm64 arm
What steps can reproduce the bug?
I am unable to get either /browser or /chrome working
Then I chose "Use internal browser" and retried, same issue:
I also tried starting chrome with debug port:
/Applications/Google\ Chrome.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\ Chrome --remote-debugging-port=9222
then /chrome 9222, but that gives me:
» ❌ Failed to connect to Chrome: CDP error: Failed to discover Chrome WebSocket on port 9222 within 15s: CDP error: Failed to connect to Chrome debug port: error sending request for url
(http://127.0.0.1:9222/json/version)
Chrome cli shows:

Chrome seems to have deprecated or severely limited CDP functionality.
