'Until pressed again' stopped working on Poco #2040

I’m writing this because I’m honestly very disappointed and confused 😔
I mainly use Key Mapper for Minecraft PvP. My old phone got damaged, so I recently bought a Poco M7 5G. When I first installed Key Mapper on this phone, it worked properly for just one day. After that, the “trigger is pressed again” option stopped working completely.
Because of this issue, I was forced to switch to “trigger is pressed”, which is not what I need for continuous actions. I tried every possible solution—locking the app in background, disabling battery optimization, allowing all permissions—but nothing fixed it.
That’s why I decided to buy Floating Buttons, thinking they would work like hardware volume buttons and allow toggle/loop behavior. Unfortunately, even after purchasing, floating buttons only trigger a single tap and cannot loop or toggle until pressed again. This makes them unusable for my main use case.
I purchased Floating Buttons specifically to solve this problem, but the issue still exists on Xiaomi/MIUI/HyperOS. Please consider adding proper toggle/hold state support for floating buttons or fixing this behavior. Otherwise, the feature doesn’t work as expected, especially for users like me who bought it for this reason.
I really like Key Mapper and don’t want to give up on it, but right now I feel stuck after paying and still not getting a solution 😢
