Setting trigger of a 'hold down' action key map from short press to double press does not remove hold down duration from action options #2041

What happened that you did not expect?
When I set double pressing the RMB, the option to set meta as held down disappears
What did you expect to happen?
Meta is held down until the trigger is released. I'm trying to replicate Meta+W to close foreground windows/apps on my Lenovo Tab, not my phone, but the "glitch/bug" is present on both of my devices.
What would the developer need to do to reproduce the bug?
Set trigger to double press.
Set any modifier key to held down.
You will notice a UI glitch where the "held down" text under the input keycode_meta_left is not visible, but the option is clearly selected within its Action Options.
The option disappears from the Action options when you switch the trigger to long or short press, then back again to double press.
