Documentation regarding entitlement requests unclear

The documentation states that I need to request the entitlement for "all bundle identifiers".

Does that mean, that I need to fill out the form @ Apple four times?

Yes for each one, what hasn't been clear to me: should I do it on bare or managed expo workflow.

Different from managed workflow on bare workflow it doesn't create the targets.

It blocks apps right way but schedule blocking not working

I've requested (and got approval for my app), as I checked recently I need few more approvals.
