Mapping shape/ size and colour limitations #98

Sorry to open another issue, I can't find any documentation on this

I've played around with importing sprites and can see it needs to fit within the mapping boxes, but getting a specific size or shape without causing everything to bug out is proving difficult. Granted I'm using a fan made sonic 3 inspired sprite sheet, is there a way to import a larger sprite without causing it and other sprites to freak out?

Another issue is certain colours not working such as green which is replaced with grey. Can I fix this?
