[BUG] "Show ER Diagram" is not working properly.

Description

Could you please check and fix the issue.
The ER Diagram is not working properly, the shown is not good.
Also, the downloads are not right.
PNG can't be downloaded. The SVG image is not right; it is not the ER diagram.
Please check the screenshots.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
