Referal to Parks on the air website does not work

Describe the bug

1. Go to Awards / POTA
2. Click on Award Info
3. Click on the link tot the Parks On the Air Website
4. Access denied

Under admin - maintenance update parks files and see if that fixes

Hi Peter,No that did not do the trick.
