Feature : Add Humidity Display Support for Grove SHT31 (SenseCAP Solar P1)

It would be great to add support for displaying the humidity level from this sensor :

Right now on the senscap solar P1 it displays the temperature only, but not the humidity level. Since the SHT31 provides both, it would be awesome if the humidity value could be displayed as well. (it's the "Grove - Temperature&Humidity Sensor SHT31" from seeed studio)

Would make the sensor support feel a bit more complete

I saw SHTC3x was already supported in MeshCore code at I2C address 0x70.
