Missing Release Notes (and code) for 1.2.10

Microsoft.PowerPlatform.Dataverse.Client 1.2.10 was released in August, but the latest release and code here on GitHub is 1.2.9 from June.

I guess the code isn't that important given that this is more of a "source available" project - can't built outside MSFT anyway, but I do rely on "watching" this repo to be notified of new releases, so it'd be great if they could continue.

I'm still on 1.2.9 on my projects at work because I'm too paranoid if this is a supply chain attack or something.
