Steps to reproduce the bug
Installed Windows Sandbox (unsure if power was plugged in or not)
Start sandbox after needed restart
Expected result
No system freeze
Actual result
System Freeze - No bluescreen, no mouse moveable, the clock in the tray is not updating.
Hard/Cold Reboot needed
I found this report which brought me to the idea to actually test it with plugged in power:
