how to set AZCOPY_CONCURRENT_FILES and AZCOPY_CONCURRENCY_VALUE in ADO task?
I want to set the parallel number to increase the stability.
uploading big amount of files always not stable.

Have you tried as enviroment vars on machine or in the env part on tasks?
powershell Example:
