Update `docs/` folder to reflect updated APIs

https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/csharp-sdk/pull/723 made multiple breaking changes to shipping API. We should update the `docs/` folder in this repro to reflect those changes after the [API docs website](https://modelcontextprotocol.github.io/csharp-sdk/api/ModelContextProtocol.html) gets updated.
