Suggestion: Place many of the Dynamicboxer print messages inside a debug level #83

There are many messages coming from Dynamicboxer which fill up the chat window quickly.
I suggest putting may of the "normal" messages so that they only show if the debug level is 1 or higher.
Some examples of the messages:
New mapping for slot 3, dynamically set ISBoxer charactger ...
This completes the team of 4, get multiboxing ...
Not Showing the master exchange token UI after 7 sec as we ...
