[Bug]: Dashboard menu "started only" toggle not working

Bug Description

I just noticed that there is a new dashboard element for compose stacks and that it has a small toggle that toggles between "all stacks" and "started only".
I switched from "all stacks" to "started only" because i have a lot of stacks, but only a few are running all the time, but the toggle does nothing. The dashboard still shows all stacks

Expected Behavior

Toggle should only show started stacks

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable dashboard element
2. Click toggle
3. See problem

This issue has been fixed in release v2026.03.06.

The fix was included in commit a81b8bd: fix: update change handler binding for compose stacks toggle to improve event delegation

Please update to v2026.03.06 or later to resolve this issue.
