Would be nice to add support for the v4 of the unpick file format (specification can be found at https://github.com/Vineflower/unpick-parser/blob/main/spec.md).
Main addition is the new target_annotation directive which allow to replace a set of constants at the annotated places deferring the responsibility back to the publisher.
