Expand menus on left interface by default #104

Currently if a user expands the menu's on the left side of the doc page then navigates to a page, all menu's then collapse again. If the user is navigating between different pages of the docs site, this could get annoying.
Suggest to have menu's expanded by default, in my opinion, this style looks good, example: https://docs.ipfs.io/
