[Bug]: After update to v34, the settings button opens the apps dropdown

Bug description

When I click on the new "settings" button, it opens the apps dropdown, not the settings page

Steps to reproduce

1.Click on the new "settings" button next to the logo

Expected behavior

It should open the settings page, weird placement for the button though
