Whenever we upload a file into the server. The modified time should match the upload time and not metadata of the file.
Steps to reproduce
- Start the server
- Upload an old file that is created in the past.
- Modified time should match the current time instead of metadata of the file uploaded.
Expected behavior
Whenever user uploads a new file. It should match the current time.
