Fix macOS .app icon #982

So, I know this is incredibly minor, but there's something off about the macOS app icon, at least on Sequoia:
Screenshot where the ngscopeclient app icon is incorrect

I have no idea how the image was generated, or why it is subtly incorrect, but it's been bugging me every time I have the app open. It makes it not feel like a "native" app.

Anyway, I ran it through Image2Icon as a quick test (selecting the "Big Sur App" output) and rebuilt with the new .icns, and behold:

I've attached the iconset I created below:
ngscopeclient.iconset.zip

I would PR it, but it would probably be better to get the full-size original and re-generate based on that rather than simply taking the existing icon and clipping it?
(I'm pretty sure there are some white pixels at the top and bottom of mine)

Also haven't tried this on Tahoe, I expect the old way gets the icon put in the "squircle jail"? Hopefully that doesn't happen to the new one. Maybe we need to put the icon through Icon Composer to get that signature Tahoe "glass shine"?
