PqLib: Support Merging Nested Functions #11

About
Some functions are stand alone, others are saved as a record.
- New Command to merge files from a single file / record definition.
For example: running funcs.flat(1) on the file: Write.Html.pq
and then call the regular merge function afterwards
- better validate output queries
