Description
Current behaviour
Users have to run 3 separate commands to start running the project.
Desired behaviour
Consolidate the commands into a single one. Use mprocs to handle running the 3 commands in parallel. We need to take into account that the PostgreSQL and MinIO servers have to be running first, before the backend server can run.
