Description
Need to account for users of lab testing out ingress controller. Once an ingress resource is created, this will trigger the provisioning of an ALB, which will not be known to terraform. The ingress resource will also have a finalizer attached, further complicating things. Document the proper sequence to follow for lab tear-down.
