Describe the feature
Allow users to choose any past noodle (npmx + doodle) as a general theme.
Detailed idea
If a user really likes/loves the design of a specific noodle or they just want to add a little design flavor to their daily usage of npmx, we give them a new option in /settings to select one noodle as their "theme". The noodle then shows all the time on the landing page for them and if a noodle has a specific color schema, every page should probably adapt this color schema, to make the theme feel consistent.
If you want to see this feature, please just react with 👍
Questions for discussion
- If the user has specified some noodle theme, should we show their noodle during a "noodle-for-everyone" period of time, or rather our noodle, so that they get informed about the new available noodle design?
- Should we include a reset option or rather a "no noodle" option?

All past noodles can be found in the /public/extra folder.
