Description
claimDurationTimeout == paymentClaimInterval. Since expiryLock = algoStartTime + maxJobDuration + 1hr, if algo stops X seconds after maxJobDuration (had a case with 14s), there is a ~X seconds window in which the lock is expired and money will be returned to the user
