An obvious way to copy the token to the clipboard.

A "Copy to clipboard" button.
Alternatives considered
The current click on the big TOTP "button" is not obvious, and it is generally not OK to overwrite the clipboard content by such a click somewhere in an application.
At least you should write a label at the top of the TOTP list telling the user that a click on an item in the list copies the current token to the clipboard.
Expected impact
It is obvious to the users how to copy a token to the clipboard.
