Review adding passive asciidoc parsing

Description

Aspects of documentation under our various organizations can be based in asciidoc formats. As a developer and maintainer, offering the passive ability to consume the asciidoc format and convert it towards something a model can digest would neatly enhance the MCP's tooling.

Acceptance criteria

• Review passive functions that consume external aciidoc formats vs a dedicated MCP tool

• Available converters

Assumptions and questions

• For conversion we'll probably have to jump, asciidoc -> html -> markdown
