Expandables: Update all expand/collapse component guidelines

In PF 6.5 we have updated the expand/collapse pattern to better reflect the interaction states. The new pattern is for the caret to point down to open contents and up to close.

The following components will require updated images and guidelines about the change if there is an explicit call out in the docs.
