Create an options screen for the extension

Allows the ability to change extension defaults.

The initial option will be the ability to disable the default behavior when pasting a link into a blank space.

I might work on a PR for this issue in the next 1-2 weeks. I believe that would be helpful to have some fields allowing the user to add all domains that should apply a specific format, so we could have some default domains and give the user the option to add additional domains locally.
