Some sniffs could be configured by static methods,
like PhpPp\CodeSniffer\PhpPp\Sniffs\Metrics\NestingLevelSniff
or the report PhpPp\CodeSniffer\Reports\PhpPp.
You can add a bootstrap file to phpcs to configure sniffs:
