Hi Pinecone team,
First off, thank you for the amazing handbook. I'm fairly new to contributing to open-source, but would love to start by giving back here. I was wondering if you think it would be useful to add an optional code section using Google's Gemini model (via LangChain's ChatGoogleGenerativeAI) in the 00-langchain-intro.ipynb notebook?

I thought this could help new learners like me try out multiple LLM providers using the same workflow.

That being said, I understand if you prefer keeping this repo focused on OpenAI to align with the OP stack. Just wanted to ask before working on it.
