Allow to use external storage for screenshots/videos

Right now, it's hardcoded to use local storage, but I would like to use screenshots:

• as regression results detection,
• as changes static demo

Making the files on the server is currently impossible.

I recommend using well-tested libraries like Flysystem, which has plenty of adapters for different types of storage.

I started this project (or at least its first nano-steps) almost two years ago, when I wanted to automate screenshoting a whole project. And this feature was maybe the first convinced me of the playwright value... (well, not page screenshot, but element screenshot, this changing nothing for your question here).

I am very very reluctant to add dependencies here to be honest, having real hard difficulties a few years ago due to transitive deps... and would not recommend it for a feature that is (wrongly ?) seen for many as secondary :)

What I could suggest is we create a dedicated playwright-php/playwright-screenshot package with improved DX for those who need to use it more than once or twice... while keeping an in-between interface ?

(why do Symfony or PSR have no filesystem contract yet ... 🙏 )

PS: please do not see this as any form of negativity againt flysystem, i'm using it day and night.. only focusing on the "low-dep" part here :)

Any advice or idea welcomed here @stloyd! Just expressing my feeling right now.
